Compatible/ Remanufactured Product Warranty Policies


100% Satisfaction Guarantee: All compatible/ remanufactured products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 60-days. If you have tried our products and are unsatisfied in any way, Express-Inks may pay to ship it back and issue a full refund in the form of store credit. We may require troubleshooting steps before authorizing an RMA #.

General Warranty Polices

Remanufactured & Compatible Products: All compatible and remanufactured products come with a full 1-year warranty. If the product fails, regardless of how much ink/ toner is left, Express-Inks will ship you free a replacement and we may pay to ship the defective product back to us. We may require that troubleshooting steps be taken before declaring an item defective. You must obtain an RMA # for all defects, see below for terms.

Once you have received your replacement, you must return the defective product within 30-days. Failure to do so may result in you being charged the full retail price and any associated shipping costs. In order to bring you the best quality products, all defects must be inspected to ascertain the defect. We want to know what went wrong so that in the future we can avoid such problems. We do not accept or warranty competitor's products.

New & Genuine (OEM) Products: New (OEM) products come with a 10-day warranty (some exceptions). After 10-days, please contact the manufacturer for product support. New/ OEM products come with the full manufacturer's warranty (excludes some items in bulk packaging). We may require you to contact the manufacturer and/ or follow troubleshooting steps set forth by the manufacturer before declaring an item defective. Some items or brands require that all defective items be handled directly by the manufacturer.

RMA Store Policies

Defects: Defective products can only be exchanged for the exact same product or returned at the sole discretion of Express-Inks. We reserve the right to test and verify an item is in fact defective. Express-Inks in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective. No defect returned to us will be accepted without an valid RMA #. Returns: If you ordered the wrong item, or there is no defect, you may be charged a restocking fee (up to 20%). You have 30-days for non-defective and 60-days for defective items, from the time of receipt to obtain an RMA #. No returns will be accepted without an RMA #. Non-defective items must be unopened and in salable condition with all the original packaging. Shipping will not be refunded (except for defective items) and all returns will be given store credit unless approved by management. Non-stocking, obsolete and special order items may not be eligible for a return. Express-Inks reserves the right to refuse any non-defective return request at anytime. Express-Inks requires troubleshooting steps be taken before authorizing an RMA #. Some items are required to be returned or replaced only by the manufacturer. No return will be accepted without an valid RMA #.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, you have 20-days after you have received the product to obtain an RMA #. You will receive store credit only in the amount determined after all applicable fees have been applied. Shipping charges are non refundable and a restocking fee may apply (up to 20%). If you received the wrong item, you must request an RMA within 20 days. The item in question must follow general exchange guidelines. Exchanges must be in unopened and in salable condition with all the original packaging. Non-stocking, obsolete and special order items may not be eligible for an exchange. Express-Inks reserves the right to refuse any exchange request. No exchanges will be accepted without an valid RMA # unless approved by management.
RMA Emails: An email is sent for every authorized RMA. This email will outline our terms that are directly related to your RMA. Please make sure you read all of our policies and terms listed in this email. We are not responsible for any unread content. By proceeding with an RMA, you are agreeing with our terms and conditions.
Obtaining An RMA #: If you need to return/ exchange an item, you must first obtain an RMA # from customer service. No items will be accepted without an RMA #. Express-Inks will refuse any item/s shipped to use without a valid RMA #. We are not responsible for shipping charges, lost items and any monetary losses associated with an unauthorized return/ exchange.
