TroubleShooting Printer Cartridges
Follow These Steps First:
1. Make sure the cartridge has been correctly & inserted & installed properly.
2. Check if the seal (tape) has been completely removed.
3. Make sure the shutter door is closed completely.
4. Reset the printer: Turn the printer off and remove the power plug. Wait 1 minute and turn the printer back on.
