you sent me an e-mail saying how its been 3 weeks since my order and you would like some input. well, your product is great, however, it has been 3 weeks and I still haven't rec'd the order. this for me is unacceptable, and might have to look elsewhere for this product. and it's not just this time. it always takes way longer than it should to get my order
