Disappointed that I was charge for this order since I had to replace one that I had purchased from you on previous order and went to use it and kept getting Incompatible, sales person would not give rma and I wanted to have complete set for future replacement only hope these will work.
EXPRESS-INKS CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE: This order was from 1 1/2 years ago and well outside the warranty period. Customer Service did give this customer a price break that we did not have to give. If this order was within the warranty period, we would have replaced the cartridge for free. We stand behind our products 100%.
